We collect information as part of the booking process. You are welcome to browse our website without providing any personal information. At the first point of contact with us we collect your name and contact details (including, but not limited to, your email address, postal address and telephone numbers). 

Once your booking with us is confirmed, we request further detailed personal information to allow us to deliver a life-changing travel experience. This additional personal information may include your date of birth, emergency contact, dietary requirements, medical information, passport details, travel insurance, flight details.

Why we collect your personal information

We use this information to contact you in relation to your trip plans, to send occasional related emails, answer your requests for information and maintain our relationship with you.

We may be required to provide certain personal information to our service providers for the purposes of delivering your experience. This would include booking of accommodation, flights and other travel-related items. When you book travel services with us, you consent to collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by New Course Adventures —and the corresponding collection and use by the relevant travel partners or suppliers —for the purposes of administering and delivering the travel services you requested.

We obtain information about your physical health to ensure your personal health and safety is protected at all times throughout the trip. We pass dietary information on to your guides, hotels and restaurants ahead of time, so your needs can be accommodated. We use your passport and flight information to arrange necessary transportation before, during and after your trip with us, to ensure a seamless and hassle-free experience.

We do not send unsolicited emails. However, we may send you emails related to your booking and your trips with us.

How we protect your information 

Any information given is stored securely with no access to unauthorized users. We have passwords and encryption devices as protection. That said, we are unable to 100% guarantee the safety of any data transmitted to us via the Internet. Your information is accessible by authorized employees only and remains confidential at all times. 

We do not sell, rent or deal in any information we hold about you and will only provide your personal information to third parties with your express consent and at your direction. We do share relevant personal information about you with our third-party suppliers and associated companies, enabling us to provide our services to you throughout your trip. This relevant information is also shared with your trip guide as appropriate to ensure your safety and comfort on your trip (e.g. relevant medical and dietary information).

New Course Adventures only retains your personal information for as long as it is required to fulfil the purposes for which we have initially collected it.

Your rights regarding your personal information

You have the right to access, update or correct any personal information you have provided. You have the right to ask that all personal information in our custody be deleted. You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you.
